The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Minc Development and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the app, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Minc Development collects your personal information in the app when you voluntarily provide it to us. If you choose to request credits, we ask you to provide limited personal information, such as your email address, username and company name.
We may use your personal information within Minc Development: (1) to provide you with the services and products you request; (2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or use of the app; (3) and to process or collect payments for our services.
We will not disclose any personal information to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential), unless (1) you have authorized us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process and/or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to this app. We also may share aggregate, non-personal information about app usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.
Minc Development is a reseller for Panacea Mobile and uses their services to send and receive text messages through software/apps created by Minc Development. Any and all queries related to the use of/support on the software/app provided to you will be communicated directly to Minc Development and no support will be given by Panacea Mobile, nor are they responsible for support on these products.
Any and all payments should be made within 48 hours after submitting a request for credits. Minc Development will only credit your account once payment reflects in our bank account. Should payment not be made in the 48 hour period, the request will be denied and discarded.
There will be no refunds on credits that have been transferred to your SMS Console account.
A service fee of 14% will be added to the requested amount and the total amount should be paid before credits will be transferred to your account.
A credit request may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, you are responsible for payment.
Any complaints may be sent to our SMS Communications Team: sms@mincdevelopment.co.za. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.
Minc Development reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the app will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes, we will announce that these changes have been made on our website and/or apps. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our website/apps 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
